Noventiq is looking for a Technical ITAM Consultant!

Noventiq's ITAM Services Department executes numerous projects annually for international enterprise clients, covering all aspects of IT Asset Management (ITAM). We provide reliable data and advice to support our clients' ITAM strategies, utilizing a variety of market-leading tools like FlexNet Manager, Flexera One, ServiceNow ITOM, SAM and HAM, Snow Software, USU, IBM Turbonomic, LeanIX, and more.

As a Technical ITAM Consultant, you will support clients in specific projects and ongoing operational services, acting as a subject matter expert in ITAM's technical aspects such as discovery tooling.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide technical services across design, creation, implementation, support, and management phases.
• Enhance data quality and develop solution architectures.
• Identify and resolve technology limitations in current systems and processes.
• Guide clients in understanding their IT assets and leveraging management information for financial gain.
• Deliver practical advice and solutions, addressing client inquiries related to ITAM.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
  
  

What does our ideal candidate look like?

• Proficiency in designing, implementing, configuring, and managing Software Asset Management (SAM) tooling.
• Experience with ITAM supporting tools like Flexera One, FlexNet, ServiceNow SAM/HAM/ITOM, Snow, USU, or IBM Turbonomics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple server environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead discussions and handle sensitive situations with tact.
• Enthusiasm for cloud computing, IT modernization, and emerging challenges in FinOps, Application Life Cycle Management, Application Rationalization, and Green IT.
• Experience in software license management, SAM, or ITAM is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
