We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Brackely. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. You will be responsible for managing a team of 9 sales professionals, but you will also manage your our Key Accounts and attend visits nationwide with your team. We expect this will mean you are out on the road 2 times per week, and office based 3 times per week
Key responsibilities:
Team Management / Motivational Leadership
Lead, mentor and motivate a Sales Team of 10
Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture
Conduct regular performance review and provide constructive feedback
Recognize and reward outstanding performance
Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals
Task and KPI Management
Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets
Monitor and analyse team performance against key performance indicators (KPI's)
Communicate realistic and challenging sales targets for the team
Monitor Progress and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met
Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales report to the Managing Director, and attend the Management weekly meetings
Provide recommendations for improving sales performance
Liaise with the Marketing Department to coordinate sales presentations and align strategies (inc. initiating product launches & promotions)
Collaborate with Operations & Service Managers, to drive Sales Service initiatives
Managing Top Level Clients with the Sales Team

Previous work experience in Sales, preferably in a company that has B2B product sales with online presence
Managing/Administrating databases
Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
Full Driving License required
