This is a part time, job shared role. The role holder will co-manage and develop systems and resources used by CJBS Careers, ensuring an optimal blend of technology, tools and management information to ensure both a user-friendly experience and effective, impactful learning tools for students and alumni.
Along with the Head of Operations and Delivery, the role holder will lead the implementation of the team's communications and digital learning strategy. Working with key stakeholders, they will design, develop and promote a range of communications and digital learning solutions that complement/facilitate a blended programme delivery and provide an engaging and effective online user experience in support of students' career development and job search.
The successful candidate will have a creative outlook and proactive, innovative approach to problem solving. You will have project management experience, with the ability to scope, plan and prioritise, and manage multiple stakeholders. Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
