With a global presence, our client is a leading industry player with multiple well-known brands. With growing revenue and plans to continue their expansion, the company is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team. This role will have the opportunity to support the expansion of the brand in the Southeast Asia region.
Role This role will report to a Senior Manager, and will work closely with various stakeholders including Business Leaders and in-country HR teams to develop the people agenda across areas such as: Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, as well as Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. While working closely with the various COEs, you will also ensure that policies and solutions are tailored and localized for the respective countries. You will also be a trusted advisor to employees and management on the various HR policies and practices.
Requirements Please note that this is a newly-created role to support business expansion, and it is a 1-year renewable contract role, with the possibility of converting to permanent employment.
Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
A minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering experience
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Prior experience with Workday is an advantage
Experience within a matrix organization is an advantage
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Excellent communication skills
