About the opportunity:

We are seeking a Product Owner, who will be responsible for leading the development of innovative digital products within the pharmaceutical sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that meet customer and end-user needs. Proficiency in English and Portuguese are essential, as you will interact with international stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role in Porto!

Responsibilities:

– Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with the company’s vision and objectives.

– Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

– Analyze market trends and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

– Create and manage product backlogs, ensuring task prioritization based on customer value and strategic alignment.

– Conduct sprint review and planning meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration among teams.

– Monitor product performance, using metrics to inform decisions and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

– Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Owner or similar role.

– Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.

– Experience in managing complex digital products, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector

– Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.

– Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto

– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
