Lippert started its activities in Europe in 2016 acquiring some of the most successful companies in the Recreational Vehicle sector, followed by companies from the Railway and Marine sector. The RV and Railway divisions find their headquarters in the heart of Tuscany, Italy. Lippert Railway produces glass windows and interior furniture for trains with a focus on high quality products and research of innovative solutions, offering their products to vehicle owners, operators, manufacturers and refurbishers, industry subcontractors and authorities and organizations.
Lippert Marine, with its brand Lewmar, presents to its customers a portfolio of hardware, winches, hydraulics, windlasses, anchors, thrusters, steering systems, hatches and portlights to suit every boat from the smallest day fisher to largest mega-yacht.
Project Manager Senior
Job Summary
The Project Manager Senior will report to the Head of Project Management and will be responsible for managing and development projects for OEM, contracts management, cost and time control serial deliveries management with operations for the confirmed forecast, customer service activities and aftersales.
Tasks
Manage cross-functional teams based on projects execution in development phase from Kick off to FAI.
Allocate and monitor budget for the project (NRC), and product profitability (RC), according to what defined during the bidding stage.
Customer orders review and acknowledgment; forecast monitoring according to production capacity/capabilities (coordination with operations and plant managers) and delivery schedule control and communication to customers, with sensibility to OTD/OTIF indicators. Indirect costs management and control for serial deliveries; consignment / safety stock management according to applicable contracts.
Customer quality portal control and claims receipt by customers, with direct coordination with Quality team, containment actions management for parts return and replacement traceability management for NC parts. Customer Penalties control and management (internal and external); Administration support for unpaid invoices caused by company open tasks.
Prepare and submit, with support for the bidding team, quotations for spare parts on running projects. Manage commercial negotiation, with sales team support, for such quotations.
Requirements
Technical Master’s degree minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or Technical Bachelor’s degree minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Fluent knowledge of the English language
French: Nice to have
Optimum skills on office suite, especially excel and project
D365 Dynamics skills
