Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer with a strong understanding of software development in Python and/or Node.js, infrastructure management, and leadership.
Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with CI/CD tools, source control (e.g., Git), and automated testing.
Familiarity with security protocols, cryptography, and risk management.
Excellent project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
