YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Human Resources (top universities preferred)
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
Proven ability to collaborate effectively at a senior management level
Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, competition, and strategic objectives
Business acumen to analyze HR initiatives' impact on performance
Expertise in leveraging data insights for predictive workforce analytics and evidence-based HR strategies
