All India Football Federation is looking for an experienced Academy Manager for FIFA (TID) AIFF Academy. Selected candidate will assist the respective team’s training programs and manage the team’s training/match activities.

Key Deliverables
# 1 Responsible for ensuring all functional and administrative requirements of the Team Camp/Exposures/Competitions are met adequately, thus helping the team and staff to perform to the highest standards and focus on technical matters/football development. 2 Establish a good working relationship with the team staff, external and internal. 3 Responsible for maintaining attendance sheets, travel plan(domestic/International), collection of all necessary documentary proofs of team, inventory maintenance of training equipment and other kit components and maintain records of the kits received and distributed. 4 Maintain and furnish a database of all relevant documents related to any training camp/competition to enable them to submit to the Accounts Department or the auditors whenever necessary. 5 Close coordination with Team Coaching/medical support staffs to ensure the smooth conduct of the event

Qualifications & Experience
- Only Indian Nationals need to apply.
- Qualification: Masters in Sports Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sports administration.
- Strong comprehension of the football ecosystem, regulatory framework, and development mechanisms.
- Playing, coaching, football administration and/or refereeing experience an asset.
- Strong sense of individual accountability, responsibility, and integrity.
