This candidate will be responsible for full-cycle collections and credit duties within a fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities
- Daily collection calls on past-due accounts
- Account reconciliations
- Setting up new accounts
- Accessing credit worthiness
- Establishing credit limits
- Review credit limits on new and existing accounts
- Credit Hold approvals.
- Supporting with month-end closing
- AR reporting
Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary school diploma or certificate in finance or accounting
- CCP enrolment or designation is an asset
- 3-5 years of experience required
- Strong knowledge of corporate collections and credit protocols
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP experience required
- Effective communication skills; written and verbal
