We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. This role involves designing and implementing individualized therapy programs, collecting and analyzing data, and working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Program implementation
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Therapy Implementation:
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA principles and techniques.
- Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address challenging behaviors.
- Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect accurate and reliable data on client progress and behavior.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions about treatment modifications.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all therapy sessions and client progress.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with families to educate and involve them in the therapeutic process.
- Collaborate with other therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to promote consistency.
- Professional Development:
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.
- Maintain professional certification and licensure as required.
Working Conditions

- Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, including clients’ homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.

- Ability to engage in physical activities with clients, including play and exercise.
