My client in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry is looking for an experienced Recruitment and HR Administrator to join their dynamic and performance driven team. Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Organizational Psychology or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for :
Full Talent Acquisition / End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing & selection, interviewing etc).
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities (reporting on all talent acquisition movements in the business , coordinate pre-employment checks , maintain updated policies and procedures)
Track and report on recruitment metrics
Ensure recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment law compliance
Ensuring best candidate experience by providing a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
