Responsibilities

My client in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry is looking for an experienced Recruitment and HR Administrator to join their dynamic and performance driven team. Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Organizational Psychology or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for :

  • Full Talent Acquisition / End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing & selection, interviewing etc).
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities (reporting on all talent acquisition movements in the business , coordinate pre-employment checks , maintain updated policies and procedures)
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics
  • Ensure recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment law compliance
  • Ensuring best candidate experience by providing a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
