Job Description: Systems Support Specialist

Description: 4M is looking for a motivated, technically minded and process oriented individual. The Systems Support Specialist will work directly with the Director of Systems to oversee and manage the setup, security, and functionality of various software systems used by 4M as well as extracting data needed for reports and system configuration. This individual will also assist in troubleshooting system, user related errors, and importing various data.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Know and understand the primary modules within WinTeam
  • Know and understand the primary features of WinTeam’s field application eHub.
  • Know and understand how to configure access rights for WinTeam and eHub.
  • Grant Access to users for WinTeam and eHub.
  • Troubleshoot access issues for WinTeam and eHub.
  • Assist in developing and implementing user access roles to be enforced inside of WinTeam and eHub.
  • Assist in managing and updating certain fields in WinTeam to ensure consistency in system structure.
  • Run reports to identify unused or incorrect system values.
  • Learn develop skills in area of SAP Business Objects reports for distribution to end users.
  • Assist in updating and publishing of company scorecard data.
  • Assist in managing SharePoint lists used to drive applications such as Power Apps and systems integrations.
  • Assist in extraction, organization and preparation of data for mass imports into systems.
  • Work with other key stakeholders inside WinTeam to ensure consistency understanding and functionality of the system, its parts and how they work together.
  • Research, develop and implement new WinTeam and eHub features as needed and where it makes sense.
  • Assist in training WinTeam users as needed.
  • Assist in managing the integration of WinTeam and Paycor


Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Must be able to utilize simple formulas in order to work with datasets.
    • Must be able to create PowerPoint presentations that incorporate text, images and other objects.
  • Familiar with SQL
  • Database knowledge, database structure knowledge, experience with ERP software.
  • Be able to work and prioritize tasks and take action with little to no supervision.

Preferred But Not Required

  • In depth/experienced knowledge of WinTeam ERP and eHub.
  • Experience with SharePoint Lists
  • Experience with Power Automate
  • Experience with Power Apps
  • Experience with APIs
  • Experience with JavaScript or other coding language.
  • Accounting, finance, or other similar business analytics
