Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role encompasses a full range of financial responsibilities, including but not limited to billing, collections, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Past work experience with B2B software as a service provider is preferred.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee and manage the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Lead the collections team, developing strategies to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, forecast future performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing variance analysis and risk assessment.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, billing, and collections.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Proficient in financial software such as SaaS Optics or Maxio and QuickBooks, a must have requirement.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.

  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
