The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading all talent acquisition and recruitment strategies for the company. This role will drive workforce planning initiatives and oversee full life-cycle recruiting across all business units and geographic regions. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, data-driven leader with a track record of success in building and managing high-performing talent acquisition teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and labor needs
Oversee all corporate and field recruiting functions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Directly source and recruit for requisitions within assigned region(s)
Lead a best-in-class recruiting team through hiring, training, coaching, and professional development
Review and continually streamline recruiting policies, processes, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts
Leverage labor market data and analytics to guide targeted recruiting campaigns and initiatives
Cultivate and expand a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates through strategic networking, branding, social media and marketing tactics
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and executive management to understand staffing needs and workforce planning requirements
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment technologies, systems, and tools
Develop and manage annual talent acquisition budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting leadership roles
10 years of experience in talent acquisition leadership roles
Proven track record of leading successful, large-scale recruiting operations
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices impacting recruitment
Expertise in interpreting workforce data and metrics to drive decision-making
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Strategic planning and project management skills
Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Rehab talent acquisition experience preferred
Experience in high-growth or high-volume environments
Certification in HR, talent acquisition, or related discipline
