In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the performance of critical equipment, such as pumps, compressors, and motors, helping to minimize downtime, boost productivity, and enhance overall plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• **Root Cause Analysis:** Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential failures.
• **Maintenance Strategies:** Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies specifically for rotating equipment.
• **Collaborative Implementation:** Work closely with maintenance teams to execute predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• **Data Analysis:** Analyze data from condition monitoring systems (CMS) and recommend actionable improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
• **Metrics and Reporting:** Develop and maintain comprehensive equipment reliability metrics and reports.
• **Cross-Functional Projects:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement reliability improvement projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, and motors.
• Proficiency with reliability engineering tools and techniques, such as RCA, FMEA, and RCM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
• Experience with condition monitoring systems (CMS) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, such as API and ISO.
