Monitor process and perform routine QC checks to ensure operation process is in control and product meets standards set by thecompany.
Maintain compliance with all USDA regulations.
, Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate or equivalent
Meat or poultry plant experience desirable
Ability to read, understand and implement written instructions & procedures
Proficient in basic math skills (calculators)
Good communication skills and must be able to work effectively in a group setting
Ability to work independently
Able to make decisions regarding quality and wholesomeness of product
Flexible hours
