    Job Title: Inside Sales Supervisor

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise, develop, and train sales skills through weekly meetings and one-on-one coaching for Sales Associates and Sales Assistants. Coach the staff in order to achieve high performance.
    • Develop and maintain strong communication with sales associates, sales assistants, and outside sales within the pre-award, award, and post-award activities.
    • Interface with other involved parties to assure customer satisfaction. (i.e. principals, customer, other employees).
    • Customer Service management to include direct supervision of staff, maintain consistency and accuracy of orders, adhere to timeliness of quotations.
    • Recommend and maintain work process procedures to ensure superior customer service. Monitor procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Analyze sales experiences and successes from one account or event and recommend best practices.
    • Improve and maintain work process procedures for valued customer integration.
    • Manage, develop, and train sales skills through weekly meetings and one-on-one coaching. Author and conduct annual performance reviews.
    • Participate in strategic and tactical planning with individual Account Sales Team.
    • Effectively interview, hire, retain, and train inside sales employees. Coordinate technical and product marketing training, as needed for Inside Sales support staff.
    • Develop corrective action for long term fixes.
    • Analyze sales experiences and successes from one account or event and leverage best practices.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
    • May assist in preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion, personnel production, resource allocations, sales volume ratio to resource.
    • Review and monitor client and market behavior to determine what resources and/or tools can be used to create quantified value for our customer.
    • Assist Account Managers in pursuit of orders. Assist Inside Sales Reps in troubleshooting orders that require special handling. May act as a resource in resolving customer issues brought to the Department by utilizing excellent Company process knowledge and strong skills in negotiating and selling.
    • May deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with account sales.
    • May meet with key customers, assisting outside sales with maintaining relationships and negotiating deals.
    • Performs related duties as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BS/BA degree. Five plus years’ sales experience, or a combination of education and experience.
    • Solid knowledge of products and services to the industries we serve.
