Following rapid expansion in high-potential markets, my client is looking to expand their already strong Civil Construction team, by hiring a Foreman for their Heavy Civil Construction projects. They are a GC that has established a talent-first culture, acknowledging their employees' dedication as the foundation of their success, and prioritizing their well-being and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Productively handle a 6–10-person crew executing roadwork or structure work items
• Responsible for production/cost, quality, and safety pertaining to the work item being executed
• Coordinate daily activities of construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site personnel, project managers, and other stakeholders.
