Foreign Exchange and Money Market Operations Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process Commercial Paper (CP) and Certificate of Deposit (CD) issuance and rollover floating rate reset and monitor CP and CD issuance from settlement the Issuing and Paying Agent (IPA) systems.

• Process CLS/Non-CLS forex trades such as: FXSpot, FXForward, FXSwap, and Non-Deliverable Forward (NDF). Monitor and reconcile CLS matching and confirm Non-CLS trades with counterparty.Prepare CLS/Non-CLS payments and maintain and track trade confirmation status in various systems and send daily margin call reports to clients.

• Process money market and confirm trade against broker and counterparty confirmation as well as maintain and track trade confirmation status in the Calypso system.

• Prepare and report daily US Dollar indication position and Non-USD positions to all relevant groups and input US Dollar positions into the internal systems.

• Run daily reports from various internal/external systems and prepare monthly brokerage fee payments and Fee Report.

• Cross train to learn and to be able to handle all products processed in the Operations Group

•Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and additional functions and tasks may be added or removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management.

Skills & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience within Operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office products, CLS, and SWIFT messages.

• Must be versatile, able to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $60K - $71K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
