Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the President’s schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, dinners, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries.
  • Schedule and organize executive meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes when necessary.
  • Greet incoming clients and visitors at the office; represent the face of the company.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations, as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the fashion industry to provide valuable insights and support to the President.
  • May support other senior executives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Knowledge of fashion industry trends and key players is a plus.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000
