EFT Operations Specialist(Fraud)

Job Description:

As an EFT Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in processing debit card disputed items and conducting ATO/BSA investigations. You'll be responsible for investigating claims in a fast-paced environment, serving as the primary contact for all disputes and ATO cases. Your role will involve in-depth knowledge of debit card dispute processing rules, Regulation E, and Visa Zero Liability rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process debit card disputes and ATO/BSA investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Follow up on outstanding items and communicate effectively with members regarding the status of their disputes.
• Provide guidance and support to internal staff and members on dispute items, demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize systems and processes.
• Generate reports and data analysis to assist management in tracking and managing disputed items.
• Manage time-sensitive tasks with precision and meet strict deadlines.
• Cross-train in other areas of Operations and Member Success functions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in EFT operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of debit card dispute processing rules, Regulation E, and Visa Zero Liability rules.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Adherence to strict deadlines and a commitment to accuracy.
