Award-winning Oxnard, CA consumer tech and car audio products and accessories manufacturer is seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled eCommerce Content Specialist to work in our company’s eCommerce department. The person who fills this role will be an integral member of the eCommerce content team creating interesting and engaging content including titles, feature bullet points and creative descriptions on Amazon.com.
What you’ll need to have and do to succeed:
Must interface with Product Development, Sales, internal eCommerce team, Marketing, Graphics and more.
Review and maintain the content at a high level at all times.
Check to make sure all new content enhancements are updated on a timely basis.
Review competitors' content to ensure Scosche’s content meets or exceeds our competition.
Fill content templates with correct data and image information and upload them to each platform using their content portals.
Scrub online listings for errors, correct errors and escalate as necessary.
Create and fix Twisters / Variations (Grouping of like products).
Ability to push through obstacles that may pop up to get the job done.
As necessary, work with Graphics, Marketing and IT to get applicable content loaded into Salsify.
Runs various Ad Hoc reports and spreadsheets as needed.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Adept at managing and tracking multiple projects.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Experience in the following platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central.
Experience with Walmart.com and other big box retailers.com platforms is a plus.
Skilled in the Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor when interfacing with our partners, customers and fellow employees.
Some experience with Photoshop and basic graphics skills is a plus.
Experience creating A content on Amazon is a plus.
