The Identity & Access Management team is dedicated to realizing our 'one customer identity' vision. We empower our engineering teams with tools, processes, and expertise to create a unified access management experience. This role offers exciting opportunities for growth, starting with the integration and standardization of tooling and processes for customer identity. Additionally, the team leads design patterns for integration credential management and IAM in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and collaborate with engineering teams to provide guidance and support for:

Authentication systems ensuring secure and user-friendly access using technologies like SAML, SCIM, MFA, and passwordless methods.

Role-based and fine-grained access control to ensure secure and comprehensible resource authorization.

Audit logging & monitoring to capture and analyze events, enhancing transparency for internal teams and customers.

Collaborate with engineering teams on database access management and integration patterns for third-party systems, fostering secure credential management.

Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIST and maintain internal documentation for seamless team integration with IAM systems.

Respond to on-call escalations involving the identity and access management platform.

Requirements

4 years of experience as a software engineer, with expertise in complex system design and development across various programming languages (e.g., C , TypeScript, Go).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience implementing authentication and authorization services (SAML, SCIM, OAuth2, OIDC) and familiarity with platforms like Auth0, Okta, and Cloud IAM (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Proficiency in access control for web applications, APIs, and databases within distributed systems and cloud environments.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building secure and developer-friendly systems.

Excellent communication skills, collaborative spirit, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

High level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability in driving business goals forward.
