Briefing & Research Attorney

As a Briefing & Research Attorney, your primary responsibility will be to support our trial team and litigators by providing top-notch legal research and assisting with various legal documents and processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate individual who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure our team has the best legal knowledge and support available.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive legal research to support the trial team and litigators
• Assisting with drafting and preparing motions for summary judgment, appellate work, and other briefing materials
• Drafting discovery responses, expert designations, and other legal documents as needed
• Ensuring all legal research and documents are accurate, thorough, and well-written
• Collaborating with the legal team to develop strategies and provide support across various areas of the firm
  
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience with appellate work (a big plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to work in various areas of the firm
• Strong commitment to helping people and upholding high ethical standards
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 - $300,000 base pay (Depending on experience) uncapped bonus potential
• Ability to work remotely one day a week
