Key Responsibilities:
Acquire, service, and grow relationships with small businesses with annual sales up to $1 million.
Structure and close commercial loans and manage related depository relationships.
Analyze creditworthiness and recommend loan approvals.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
Develop new loan and deposit relationships through networking and client meetings.
Assist in the origination of new deposit accounts and treasury management services.
Collaborate with the branch team to meet customer financial goals.
Achieve sales targets and manage a portfolio of existing commercial clients.
Participate in community events to represent the bank and develop business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or commercial lending.
Strong understanding of business financial statements and credit analysis.
Proven sales and customer service experience.
Familiarity with business banking products and services.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Proficient with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal banking regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Valid driver's license and personal transportation for client meetings.
