Our client, an AmLaw global firm, seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Financial Systems for its DC, NY, or Boston offices. This remote position requires proximity to one of these locations and offers a positive, respectful work environment fostering staff loyalty, with many employees staying for decades.

Responsibilities of Assistant Director Financial Systems:

• Lead project teams for new software implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot errors, resolve data inconsistencies, and address performance issues.
• Train and support the end-user community.
• Analyze existing systems and business processes for continuous improvement.
• Develop new reporting solutions and support ad hoc reporting requests.
• Collaborate with business leads to refine procedures for data integrity, security management, and compliance functions.
• Evaluate new products and tools to support evolving business needs.

Workplace Type: Remote (Must be local to DC, Boston, or NY office)

Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining enterprise-wide software applications; data management solutions experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Elite 3E, Workday, SQL, SSRS, XML, and similar tools.
• Data visualization software experience (Tableau or similar) is a plus.

Compensation:

• DC: $226,000
• NY: $232,600 - $327,000
• Boston: $227,600
