Regional Operations Director

We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join our growing Grounds Maintenance team.

We create, maintain and sustain external environments for B2B clients across the UK.

Role Responsibilities

Your new role as Regional Operations Director with Ground Control, will be to lead the high quality delivery of our Grounds Maintenance external services to clients in your region.

Your focus will be to build sustainable operational delivery, with the capacity to add revenue as opportunities arise.

Highly experienced in leading a team at a regional level, you'll naturally build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, professionally resolving operational challenges and building a high performing team.

You'll have strong EQ, be agile, accountable, energised by innovation and comfortable with change.

You'll be organised, a quick thinker and some-one who enjoys getting the job done.

As a P&L holder and member of the Grounds Maintenance SLT you'll be great with numbers, and even greater with people.

A background leading regional teams delivering services in the built environment or in facilities management would be advantageous, but not essential.
