International Franchise, Sales & Operations is making waves in the international market, expanding the reach of the Next portfolio. Our goal is to showcase collections, brands and product areas to potential and existing partners. Once the orders are secured, it is our responsibility to ensure these are processed and stock is delivered on time for partners to launch globally. Your role
Join our dynamic team as the main point of contact for specific wholesale and franchise accounts, where you'll maintain regular client communication and manage expectations to the highest standard. You will prepare and coordinate the showroom for sales events and appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your role involves managing all orders efficiently, analysing sales and market trends to support and maximise customer purchases, and attending trade shows to represent our company. Collaborate closely with internal buying, merchandising, and design teams to meet critical path deadlines and ensure timely deliveries. You'll also report back to the leadership team, research trends, and conduct regular competitor analysis. Additional responsibilities include general administration, chasing and organising samples, and photographing garments

You are a dynamic, hands-on go-getter who can think on your feet and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated yet a great team player, you excel at building strong relationships and have an excellent attention to detail. Your ability to prioritise workload ensures that you consistently deliver high-quality results.!
