Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative and engaging art lessons to students
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Inspire and encourage students to explore different art forms
Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their growth
Supervise and assist students during practical art activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or similar teaching qualification
Proven experience teaching Art in a primary or secondary school setting
Strong knowledge of various art techniques and art history
Ability to create engaging and differentiated lesson plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Passion for art education and inspiring students
