Corporate strategy – TALG / VCP Program Office (The Value Creation Program focusses on creating synergies between the four Toyota Automated Logistics Group companies, being Bastian Solutions, Vanderlande, viastore and Toyota L&F)
Tasks
The four TALG companies each come from different backgrounds and consequently have different processes and terminology.
During the start of the Value Creation Program and the initiation of the VCP projects we notice that we talk in different languages often leading to misunderstanding.
To boost our cooperation and to ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives we are looking for an intern to
Deliver a TALG glossary – collect the terminologies form the different companies and bring it back to an aligned TALG glossary.
Deliver a comprehensive value chain mapping – visualize the processes from sales to service in each company (incl. tooling), identify the differences and give advice on how to overcome these differences during cooperation.
