You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products and services to potential customers. With excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of IT support solutions, you will drive sales and help customers find the best-fit IT support options for their needs.
Requirements
Fresher & experienced both are eligible with excellent communication skills
B.tech only
Strong technical skills
Enthusiasm for customer service and customer success.
Well-versed with lead generation and sales channel marketing.
Success in managing both inbound and outbound sales however it will be mostly inbound.
Night Shift:9pm-6am includes 1 hr break (Work from office)
5 days working OT available for weekend
