Job Description

  • Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Diploma Engineer (Mechanical)
  • Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: Diploma Engineer with minimum of 3 years of experience in Thermal Power Plant.
  • Functional Skills:
  • Knowledge of plant operation with good command on all the plant process parameter,
  • Knowledge of equipment isolation and line up for operation
  • Knowledge of SAP and other functional softwares.


Knowledge of HSE related issue in field job

  • Behavioral Skills:


Good communication skill

Team building and motivation.

Good negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • All coal management equipment availability
  • Co-ordination with Coal Area Incharge and SIC for all field related issues.
  • Emergency Handling
  • Ensure Optimum performance of all equipments
  • HSEF related activities for the plant
  • Compliance to System, Policy & Procedure
  • Provide training
