This role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, looking to kick-start their career with Pan-India large-scale projects You will work on innovative projects across India, contributing to the design and development of architectural plans and visualizations.

Job Location: Greater Kailash, New Delhi- 110048

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Success in this role means producing high-quality architectural drawings and renderings that meet project specifications and deadlines. You will effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize AI tools to enhance design processes, and communicate your ideas clearly. Apart from that you will be actively involved in delivering working drawings, and participating in all aspects of project delivery. Your contributions will support the timely and efficient completion of projects, fostering the company's reputation for excellence in architecture.

Responsibilities

• AI Integration: Utilize AI image generation and rendering tools to create detailed architectural visualizations.
• Design Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of architectural plans and drawings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Project Support: Support senior architects in managing multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and construction managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communication: Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations and detailed documentation.
• Technical Detailing: Develop working drawings and technical details for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: B.Arch from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. Familiarity with AI image generation and rendering tools such as Dall.E , Midjourney, D5
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented: Keen attention to detail in all aspects of design and documentation.
