• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers using MS Excel
• Assist in creating job postings and advertisements to attract potential candidates
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in conducting orientation and training sessions for new employees
• Support HR team in various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
