Facilitates and coordinates the delivery of new hire induction.
Gathering training requirements both technical and softskills.
Contact third party training providers and gather appropriate trainer profiles.
Schedule trainer evaluation calls with technical leads, project managers and learning manager.
Facilitates delivery of in-person Instructor Led Training (ILT) and technology driven Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) classes for employees.
Ensuring we receive the invoices from training providers on time.
Manages relations with existing vendors by being the first point of contact for them.
Works with the learning manager to ensure up-to-date, accurate information is held and maintained within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Monitoring & scheduling trainings and participants on LMS.
Works with learning manager to ensure maximum participation numbers and minimum cancellations of programs.
Consolidates feedback from each training program and induction and is able to draw suggestions for improvements.
Provides learning related data to learning manager, who will use this to drive decisions with stakeholders.
Facilitates and supports delivery of large events that are related to e-learning or macro events to entire employee population.
Is accountable for all course logistics, including coordination of classrooms, materials and related accompaniments – ensuring that every session is a success.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field

The Talent Development coordinator provides high quality planning and delivery for learning programs that are vital to HCCI’s success. This Specialist will support talent development team in the planning and delivery of a diverse range of programs as defined by the needs of the business. Overall, this important role is responsible for creating a seamless, professional learning and development experience for HCCI.
Skills Required
2-4 years’ experience in training coordination
High degree of organization skills and time management
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze simple qualitative and quantitative data
Learns and innovates
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
