THE ROLE

The Logistic & Distribution Coordinator partners with the Logistics Manager to coordinate global distribution to international warehouses, stores, event venues, and e-comm channel ensuring right product, right place, right time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities for the Logistics Administrator are as follows:

• Coordinate the logistics of retail distribution, product import and export process, controlling and directing logistics service partners contracted for distribution services in Spain
• You will also liaise with the local 3PL warehousing teams for warehousing processes and services.
• Coordinate reverse logistics.
• Manage documentation related to national and international shipments.
• and execute processes and standards to support operational excellence in market distribution.
• Control logistic service partners through KPIs and regular reviews.
• Track transportation costs and drive a culture or cost reduction within the business.
• Manage incidences related to product distribution in conjunction with warehouse teams, in-venue teams and the international transportation team. Follow up any issues in line with agreed standards, contracts and service level agreements.
• Support the business with daily discrepancy management, providing solutions and support.
• Contant contact with Buying and In-venue retail teams to notify daily product arrivals.
• Support Buying team in measure supplier delivery performance and work with them to improve lead time.
• Identify inefficiencies and simplify and automatize processes where possible. Collaborate with other business functions in the market and with international logistics execution functions to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Participation in projects and initiatives executed in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

At Legends, we are looking for an individual with the energy and desire to work in a fast paced and multi-channel retail trading environment where they have shown strong numerical and planning skills.

• A minimum of Three (3) years international distribution and warehouse experience within the sport events, FMCG or fashion industry goods.
• a minimum of One (1) year experience with events distribution.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering desirable.
• Fluent both in Spanish and English.
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with international/multicultural teams.
• Excellent knowledge about international customs legislation.
• Supply Chain execution knowledge and strong business orientation.
• Gets things done, delivers to highest of standards and takes responsibility. Autonomy.
• Strong IT skills particularly Excel.
• The ability to assimilate new systems and reporting tools.
