Ability to manage and track all incident and service requests and coordinate with other support teams using Microsoft DevOps tool.
Working experience with Azure cloud migration and technology upgrade projects.

Working knowledge of building development and test and production environments based on government I&IT standards.
Working knowledge of system integration components (IAA and IAM)
