Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting, exceptional presentation skills, and a background in marketing.
The candidate will be responsible for building and developing executive materials, consolidating information, and ensuring effective communication with the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, prepare, and consolidate materials for meetings and executive presentations.
Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all documentation.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and synthesize information.
Support the board in understanding and utilizing information for strategic decision-making.
Manage communication and coordination between executive teams.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Continuously improve board materials and processes to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting company is desirable, preferably with one of the top firms.
Proven experience in marketing.
Exceptional skills in developing and delivering presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing materials for executive and board-level audiences.
Knowledge of best practices in board governance and corporate communication.
