New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS), a prominent and respected Oncology/Hematology group, is seeking Implementation Specialist, RN to join a well-established and growing pure sub-specialty practice with academic affiliation. Practice manages a freestanding outpatient Cancer Center with extensive chemotherapy administration, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy and Research department.
In this role you will :
Travel to any of the NYCBS/NY Health locations
Developand delivertraining to new and existing NYCBS/NYHealth team members
Ensure compliance and quality assurance with all NYCBS/NYHealth policies and procedures
Resolve operational and technical issues as appropriate
Assess team members’ training/retraining needs and develop improvement plans
Develop positive work relationships with new team members and serve as a resource in their transition
Support program directors in developing and implementing programs
Train, delegate, monitor, and motivate team members effectively to maximize productivity
Collaborate in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
Plan and prioritize retraining activities for best efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in all mandatory meetings
Effectively and creatively problem-solve and manage change within the Implementation team
Ensure high level of quality assurance and standards of quality within all NYCBS and NYHealth locations
We require:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-year minimum healthcare experience
Travel to any of the NYCBS/NY Health locations
An effective communicator that is capable of determining how to best reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding
An eagerness to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
A good decision-maker with proven success in making timely decisions that maintain high standards within the organization
