The position of Surveillance Shift Manager is responsible and accountable for the supervision of Surveillance Department team members.
Where You'll Make an Impact
Supervises a team of Surveillance Supervisors, Operators and/or Technicians in performance of their duties on an assigned shift.
Responsible for supervising the monitoring and operations of CCTV and alarm systems.
Supervision of staff to include shift scheduling and maintaining proper staffing levels across all shifts.
Supervises department team members and procedures for protecting casino assets and internal controls to ensure the safety and security of the team members and the guests.
Review surveillance department actions, personnel and processes with Manager.
Understand all department operational logistics and supervise, monitor and report as appropriate.
Meet with departmental management and leaders as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure.
Ability to work all shifts on a rotating basis as designated.
A Few Must Haves
Four (4) to eight (8) years’ experience in table games and casino surveillance.
Two (2) year associates degree or technical degree in a related fields or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
