Summary

The Varonis Services Enablement team is looking for an Enablement Manager to join us! The Services Enablement team adds value by preparing Services teams to face the many complex challenges of providing industry leading support and services to Varonis customers. Training would include product value and industry understanding of the Varonis SaaS offerings (SaaS & DAC). Responsibilities span three key areas:

  • Identify gaps and initiate new enablement programs by working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services.
  • Developing and editing training content plus analyzing the effectiveness of said content.
  • Project management and coaching to enable others to contribute content.

The balance of time spent between these areas will fluctuate and is often unpredictable.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone technical with natural communication skills and a passion for enabling others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate technical training, including delivery of various Varonis Services Onboarding programs across Services groups.
  • Provide technical assistance of new hire trainees and coordinate with Technical Trainer on training needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver educational content and programs that meet the needs of our customers and our internal teams throughout their journey.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure training curricula is always up-to-date and capture new features as needed.
  • Create, edit, and review a diverse range of training deliverables ranging from PowerPoint, hands-on lab exercises, internal assessments/certifications, videos, interactive modules, and more.
  • Contribute to designing, creating, and maintaining the processes, standards, templates, and best practices that the Services Enablement Teams will use to prioritize efforts, produce, and deliver quality training content.
  • Measure the effectiveness of the customer education and enablement programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize them over time and continually evaluate training solutions.
  • Manage the Learning Management System to have content organized and easily consumable.
  • Rapidly learn skills and tools such as Azure Lab Management, content development and design, Camtasia, Articulate 360, etc., as required to perform all the above.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Enablement or Training Manger.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the data security industry, preferably working with different platforms like SaaS products (M365, Salesforce, etc.) and/or IaaS products (AWS, Azure).
  • An understanding of DSPM and the value it provides customers within the IT Security space.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
  • Confidence delivering presentations to technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and effective training content (presentations, e-learning, tutorial videos, practice, and training tests).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented with ability to take initiative, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Preferably experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • A strong technical writer as demonstrated in previous work (eg. case documentation, training deliverables, knowledge articles, etc.)
