Compensation Range: $36,000 Base Pay plus incentives. Averages 50-90k / year with base and additional incentives paid based on hours sold and both individual and dealership customer service scores.
How do our Service Advisors Drive Impact?
Our Service Advisors work with the service team to provide customer satisfaction with customer concerns and repairs. Some of the responsibilities would include:
Acting as the face of Walser
Executing follow up techniques with customers Understanding basic automotive repairs, executing follow up techniques, and communicating with customers
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
