Job Overview
In this key role, the Scheduler/Receptionist performs a variety of scheduling and reception functions for all imaging procedures, including telephone interactions with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent computer skills
Able to work independently
Must possess customer service skills
Able to handle heavy call volumes
Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Preferred
Medical terminology/radiology preferred
Certifications And Licenses Required

Scheduling Requirements
Full-Time 8:30am-5pm
Rotational hours for closing at 6pm
Essential Functions
Must be flexible to work in various department locations within CMC as needed.
Telephone interactions with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff.
Communicate with patients and physicians to schedule radiology exams.
Greet patients and process admitting documentation.
Importing CD s of patients prior exams and image management tracking.
Must be flexible with schedule hours, if needed.
