The Instructional Designer is a key contributor to the strategic development of role-based rep journeys that ensure optimized, effective, and modern learning experiences for the global network of sellers. Working closely with the sales enablement leadership team and a strong team of subject matter experts, and course developers, the instructional designer will contribute to program strategy and design, as well as create a variety of assets to support sellers’ learning and development. This role will also assist in the execution of revenue enablement programs for various teams across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing...
- Create, design, and execute a full curriculum of training programs for sales and IAM teams, both in the classroom style and virtual
- Develop cutting-edge training that can be delivered virtually to allow for flexibility; including videos, gamification, simulations, narration/audio
- Create certifications to ensure learners have completed the necessary training
- Effectively identify gaps in training and prioritize development of training materials
- Schedule and design the rollout of the curriculum, and deliver training virtually or in-person as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the industry, product, market, and sales training best practices
- Execute on the day-to-day, tactical elements of sales enablement programs, including design, content curation, delivery, and ongoing support
- Assist with the tracking of key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to enablement efforts to show return on investment (ROI) and overall impact on the business
- Assist with special projects to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization, as delegated by the sales enablement leadership team
- Field all inquiries from the sales organization and act as a liaison between sales teams and sales enablement
- Support efforts to evaluate existing internal sales resource library, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and update as needed
- Support the administration and maintenance of enablement tools
- BA/BS in education or related field
- Certificates or coursework in instructional systems, instructional design, adult learning theory, training and development, and/or performance technology
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver multiple work projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of management, applying both tactical and strategic thinking to new business challenges
- Proven effectiveness in collaborating, negotiating, and interviewing business partners and subject matter experts to solicit required learning content
