Our Sales Development Representative will work onsite at our Grand Rapids, MI location, and will work within a team to design, create and manage outbound lead generation processes and activities. This role will partner with our National Accounts Sales team to team to identify target customers and assist in setting appointments with decision makers, and report on results and key metrics of outbound lead generating activities. This position will be designated as an on-site role, with up to 10% travel to other areas as needed for meetings and conferences in other areas of the US.
Sales Development Representative Responsibilities
Design, create, and manage outbound lead generation processes and activities via phone, email, Linkedin, etc.
Building and maintaining a customer targeting matrix
CRM administration
Marketing Support
Use of software tools and internal resources to build success
Sales Development Representative Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Two years of experience in a B2B sales environment
Experience with contact data platforms such as ZoomInfo and Apollio.io
Experience creating large-scale drip email campaigns is preferred
Prior experience with a current CRM Platform
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including multi-tasking skills
Understanding and expertise in current business applications and technologies
Preferred experience in graphic design, video editing, photos hop, and adobe suite software
