Sellercloud has grown rapidly, with hundreds of eCommerce clients around the world now managing their inventory and sales through the company. We seek an experienced and enthusiastic individual for the role of Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts for Account Executives. The SDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. This role will be primarily focused around researching the Target Accounts and performing cold outreach through emails, calls, and social media. You will have the opportunity to be professionally coached, mentored and developed to grow your skill set and career.
Responsibilities:
Proactively seek new business opportunities within North America (USA and Canada) with potential customers who meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through outbound prospecting efforts including HubSpot sequences, 1:1 emails, phone calls and social outreach
Engaging to qualify raw cold leads at targeted accounts via outbound campaigns into hot new business sales opportunities
Schedule and host virtual meetings with a great Customer Experience (CX) hand-off between interested/qualified prospective customers and Sellercloud Account Executives
Maintain minimum activity levels of 75 outbound prospecting calls per day, generate 3 Sales Assigned Leads (SAL's) per week and 10 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month
Capture/record all prospecting activities and new business opportunity generation into our CRM HubSpot to manage a database of targeted prospects to accurately track activities and progress
Use tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, G-Suite, Internet, HubSpot, Nextiva to effectively perform job duties
Learn and grow your knowledge of the eCommerce and Marketplace industry to become a trusted advisor
Requirements
1-2 years experience as an outbound SDR or AE
Strong phone presence and experience reaching out to prospects
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written/email)
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver value pitch & propositions tailored to the audience's role, potential pain points and needs
Relationship management skills
Prospecting Skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software, previous experience working within Hubspot is a plus
