We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Clinical Case Manager to support the California Recovery Program. This program is designed to monitor participants' drug test results, analyze professional assessments, review reports from treatment providers, and engage directly with participants to discuss their progress in recovery.
Location and Schedule:
Remote Position: Based in California
Travel: Some travel required, up to 5 times quarterly, with some trips requiring 1-2 nights away
On-Call: One week per month for crisis coverage
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT

Key Responsibilities
Participant Management: Oversee participants' program compliance, recovery activities, and treatment recommendations while liaising with the Board.
Assessments: Conduct telephonic assessments and reassessments to evaluate participants' status, compliance, and progress in recovery.
Monitoring: Review and evaluate incoming information from treatment providers, facilities, participants, and labs to ensure compliance.
Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of History and Profile (H&P) reports before submission to Program Managers.
Quality Assurance: Engage in quality assurance monitoring and evaluation as needed.
Support: Respond to incoming calls on the toll-free line and handle after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls on a rotating basis with other program staff.
Compliance: Ensure all work meets established standards and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Behavioral Science, or related field strongly preferred.
Experience
3-5 years in a behavioral health care setting related to chemical dependency, recovery, or mental illness.
3 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment.
2 years of case management experience in a mental health/substance abuse setting preferred.
Licensure: Current and unrestricted RN license in California.
Driver's License: Class C Driver's License, reliable vehicle, proof of insurance.
Skills

Home Office Requirements
Equipment: Company-issued computer equipment and cell phone provided.
