Rental Property Manager

Responsibilities Of This Role Include But Not Limited To

• Market and show properties for rent
• Screen rental applicants on credit, eviction history, criminal history and rental history
• Document the condition of a unit prior to tenant move in and at tenant move out
• Submit work orders for repairs as needed
• Communicate with tenants regarding HOA violations, late fees, tenant charges, and any other necessary information as needed
• Perform annual safety inspections on properties and complete safety inspection reports
• File small claim suits and evictions as necessary and appear in court on owner's behalf
• File monthly distribution statements
• Maintain tenant and homeowner files
• Receive estimates from vendors on work to be performed on rentals, follow up with homeowners and vendors regarding the work to make sure everything stays on track
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements/Skills

• Real estate license preferred
• 5 years or more experience as a Property Manager preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to problem solve and work independently
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts independently
