Job Description

As a Quality Technician at Biomerics, you will be crucial in providing Quality support for Medical Device Manufacturing, to ensure the quality of the product and satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Description Of Responsibilities

  • Receive, record, and circulate all customer complaints for notification approval.
  • Facilitate the investigation including the root cause analysis, response of customer complaints and generation of corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain the log of customer complaints to facilitate trending and reporting to management.
  • Monitor and perform supplier audits and current status of relevant certifications as required.
  • Trend quality data to be used in Management Review as a tool of continuous improvement. Generate corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Review employee list periodically and prepare training documentation for policy and procedure training as required.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Director of Quality.

  • Yellow Belt certificate
  • Can cert product
  • Can assist in CAPA process
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Equivalent Experience
  • 1 yr. on the job training
